開拓者であることを誇りに

　曽祖父の叔父が湯津上に傘松農場を拓いたのをきっかけに、親類縁者らが山口県萩市から移住してきたのが、この那須地域とのつながりのはじまりです。曽祖父は那須野が原の開拓事業に従事し、やがて那須疏水の初代管理者をつとめました。それから100年余りの時が過ぎ、第二次世界大戦、高度経済成長、バブル崩壊、福島第一原発事故など色々なことがありました。
　人々の価値観は、これまでの経済発展一辺倒から、環境を重視し、地域での生活の質の向上を求めるように転換しつつあるようです。そのような中で、この地域の人々が、新しい時代の扉を押し開ける一助となれることを願っています。

Our History
In early Meiji era, my great-grandfather and the family moved in to wildland Nasu, from Hagi, Yamaguchi to help his uncle just started the development business including opening up Kasamatsu Firm. He eventually served as the first Director of Nasu-Sosui District. This is the begging of the story why I live here.
Then over the years, we learnt lessons from WWⅡ, economic growth, long-lasting post bubble period and Fukushima explosion; they made us become more environmentally conscious, more sustainability oriented.
Wishing we could be of some help for the welfare of this beautiful land Nasu.
